Lululemon SeaWheeze Half-Marathon 2013
  • Pay off Student Loans (Failed)
  • Run a Half-Marathon (Achieved)
  • Travel to Japan (Achieved) → Japan Blog Videos

For 2013 I achieved 2 out 3 of my set goals. I was able to travel to Tokyo, Japan for the first time and it was actually my first international travel out of the United States besides Canada.

I was able to meet my girlfriends family, eat delicious food, and visit several shrines and temples in Kyoto, Japan.

In August 2013 I ran my first Half-Marathon which was hosted by Lululemon in Vancouver BC, Canada. I am definitely not a runner and it was quite difficult for me to complete this run. I lost 2 toenails in the process and finished around a 10 minute per mile pace. It could have been the shoes or just the lack of training on my part. However, it was a great experience and I had lots of fun with the group of girls I went with.

Lastly, I was unable to achieve my goal of paying off my student loans from Pharmacy School. I have added this to my 2014 list of goals to complete!

I hope this motivates and inspire you to achieve your goals. Follow my blog for more tips and advice on how to become a pharmacist. What are your goals? Did you achieve what you set out to do for 2013? Please comment below and share your thoughts.
